hi! not sure, we don't work with Shopify so I don't know how their integration works. I'd suggest asking them again, my team only works with developers building bespoke integrations on our API, I know nothing about plugins/platforms like this.

I assume you can't do that since you're not the developer building this, Shopify is, which is why I gave you the best answer I could in my first reply:

another customer sevice provider saw that there is nothing connected to my stripe account. now im starting to think there is some duplicate account. do you think i should disconnect from shopify and connect again? would that cause problems for me?
