My error is related to technical issues on Stripe. I feel like maybe i need to be verified? Im not sure why the funds arent going to stripe after payment
What's the error message?
No error message. Payment was confirmed but no money went to my stripe account
Then what made you think it's a technical problem?
Because i experienced a simular issue with paypal and it ended up to be a technical issue. The money didnt go through to my stripe account, that makes it an error and a technical issue does it not? I have already contacted customer support and i was directed here to talk to an IT specialist.
Can you share with me your merchant ID? you can find it from the Stripe Dashboard -> Settings ->Account Details

Stripe don't own the Shopify plugin and here we know nothing about it unfortunately. You should probably first reach out to Shopify Support regarding this. First make sure that your integration is correct with Shopify.
My stripe is fully integrated with shopify and it says active there

But you were saying that you have an issue with accepting the Payment right ?
We don't know much about Shopify here, if you have issue with Stripe API please share a Stripe object Id (like PaymentIntent Id)

I don't see any Payment was gone through Stripe so far

The payment has been accepted and confirmed on shopifys side. but yes there is no activity or payment on the stripe app so there is also no paymentintent ID. on the bank account that made the payment, it says pending. this card that was used for payment works normally for making payments elsewhere. i believe the error is on the side of stripe or perhaps theres a duplicate account? i really am not sure.
