Hi, Charge API is our legacy product and instead you'd want to use PaymentIntents. We document how it works here: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/paymentintents/lifecycle. This is a more modern product that handles complex actions like 3DS authenticaiton that is required in most EU countries.
Next, you'd want to use this payment flow: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/separate-charges-and-transfers. It allows you to create a charge and then send funds to the connected accounts in however you'd like to split the amount.
