๐Ÿ‘‹ Welcome to your new thread!

โฒ๏ธ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

Hi ๐Ÿ‘‹

Can you share your screenshot? I'm not sure I follow what you mean

Yup one sec

#

When we click Saved, and a saved payment is ACH, we would expect the terms text to go away

hazy niche
#

Why?

#

Where do we document that behavior?

crisp steeple
#

We see it disappear when it's Saved Credit Cards

#

So we expect the same behavior to apply

#

I asked for documentation on this behavior from our Stripe contacts and they forwarded me here

#

So I don't know where it would be documented

I can raise the inconsistency between ACH and Card payments internally. This may be an oversite into how the payment element is handling rendering saved payment methods of different types. OR it could be a requirement of ACH payment methods.

#

If so, we should clarify that

crisp steeple
#

That would be great if we could get that clarification! Thanks

So would we happen to know if there is a configuration flag for Saved payments to customize or hide/disable the terms?

#

Or should I ask that there too?

Hmm ok. Well I'll write up my question in support and then reference this chat in it as well
