As far as I can tell, the doc you linked to does not show how to test Bank Transfers, where the funds are sent from the bank, instead of being pulled by Stripe.

Got it, I should have asked you to clarify your ask prior to sending my initial response. You can test incoming bank transfers via the Dashboard or an API request. This should be what you're looking for.

Use the Payment Intents API to accept bank transfer payments.
