Hmm yeah okay I can reproduce what you are saying. It does seem like something changed there and our Engineers would need to look into it for why it changed and whether it can be reversed -- I can mostly understand why it doesn't show a $0 flat fee since that seems superfluous but I can also see why you might want it. All that said, I'd recommend writing into our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login with these two examples and they can escalate this for a deeper look.
