Yeah there doesn't appear to be a way to define a minimum quantity

So you'd need to build your own subscription update page if you want to enforce custom functionality like this

That's a bummer. Is there any way to put in a request to have this feature put on the roadmap for the portal? I would think this would be quite useful?

For sure. There is an AdjustableQuantity option in the Checkout api. I would assume something similar could be implemented for Portal.
