Hi, let me help you with this.

The steps you've taken will ensure 3DS will not be required in most cases (it still always depends on the bank). But this is the best you can do to avoid failed off-session payments because of 3DS. If some rare cards still fail, it's better just to ask your customer to add a different card.

So does it mean we can't be 100% sure that card will require 3ds off-session. That completely depends on the customers bank, right?

Correct. However, normally, a correctly set up card will not require 3DS.
