No there's no concept of conversations in the API. If you can share the evt_xxx ID I can take a look

Yeah so there was multiple delivery attempts but your endpoint returned a 5xx response for the initial 3 attempts
I mean you can see all this in the Dashboard right? There's nothign really at Stripe's end to investigate – you need to be looking at your internal application logs to understand why you returned a 500 error
