What emails do you mean exactly?
Where have you disabled emails?
We have disabled emails in Stripe dashboard - settings. I don't have access to that Stripe account at the moment, but wanted to understand if this is possible.
There's multiple different email settings. But if a settings is a requirement to complete a transaction, I don't think there's a way to disable it.
The emails are related to sepa pre-debit initiation. Those aren't mandatory for completing transaction.
I see. You are required to send email, but if you want to do it yourself, ut seems you can turn them off on the Dashboard: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/sepa-debit#debit-notification-emails
Yes, we have turned it off. I will anyways confirm with the account owner.
