hi! there is an endpoint to retrieve a mandate if you know the ID (https://docs.stripe.com/api/mandates/retrieve), but I think you're asking if there's an endpoint to list or find mandates, where there is not, the idea is you get the mandate ID from things like the SetupAttempt yes
