To me, this sounds like a Stripe Connect use case. You would have multiple Stripe accounts, for each Store, that are connected to your platform account. Each account would have it's own bank account that Stripe funds would get paid out to.
Have you looked into Stripe Connect?

Stripe Connect is really big topic. I can tell you that I think it would allow you to do what you are describing but there are lots of details about how you choose to implement Stripe Connect (we need to support lots of business models).

This should take MUCH longer than a few minutes. It's not the kind of thing we can help with here. You should invest some serious time in reviewing and understanding how Stripe connect operates and build some basic Test mode integrations to see if it will work for you.
