👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

🔗 This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1279087994921287781

Hello
I don't believe we have a guaranteed or even rough average latency available for this. Webhook events are delivered asynchronously so there's no good way to measure the latency in such cases..

Hello
I actually wanted to know whether it takes days or hours to emit this event in some cases ?

Like I mentioned, there's no rough timeline we can give. Your code shouldn't rely on delivery timing either.

Taking a step back, what's your actual usecase?

Depending on this event there are some logics involved in our end.
But you are correct we should not rely on the timing.
I will revisit what we can do in such cases.
Thanks for the info
