I'd guess that the shipping details you've provided to us on creation of the Payment Intent, which we'll pass to Klarna, aren't valid

I'm afraid I've no idea. This is Klarna validation that is failing, not with us
Maybe check the network tab on the Klarna page when you submit the form and see if there's anything useful there from the network request
We've got no real insight into this once you/the customer is redirected to the Klarna page
