Hi there.
There was an error handling a "pending" response when creating a Refund. (Stupid typo!) Our billing person did not follow the instructions that popped up on screen and ran a Refund twice. Now, both of them went through.
Can we Update the Payment intent to capture one of the accidental double refunds?
@quick forum no that's impossible
Drat.
I'd recommend asking our support team, maybe they can help cancel the pending Refund https://support.stripe.com/contact
If the Refund went through already the only way is to charge the customer again

Ahh, OK. Shoot. I have the charge ID for both charges.
So, looking at request ID req_TrdfLmpyfHku9F that means they've both gone through, correct?
that's an unrelated request, it's a GET request to retrieve that Charge and has nothing to do with a Refund.
I looked at that Charge though and yes it was refunded twice
But really you're asking account support questions here about the Refund and the next step would be to talk to our support team instead
Thanks, brother! I'll just have her email the guy and send him another invoice.
sounds good!
I appreciate all the awesome help!
