@thin rapids I think this requires approval from Stripe. Unfortunately, the best path forward for something like this is to ask our support team for 1:1 support at https://support.stripe.com/contact
Unfortunately while we know the basics of the Treasury product, we don't know what is and isn't allowed specifically for platforms as Topups come with strict restrictions. Our support team will be better equipped to dig into this
