If the app is installed in Live mode you should have Test mode access at that point right?

Our customer wants to install our app in test and live mode simultaneously--test mode for their staging environment, and live mode for their production environment

Sorry this can be quite cryptic at first. But if your user has installed your Stripe App in Live mode, then you (the Stripe App developer) can access their account and make API calls for them in both Live mode and Test mode

yeah i think what makes it confusing is that there's test/live modes for BOTH the app and per account, and they're orthogonal, but since they're named the same thing i thought they were correlated
