@past oak you're right that we don't support this. With that said, what's your question?

But for most business doing upgrade and downgrade, how do they handle this scenario?

#

I see these two options in customer portal, but for most products with multiple plans (like basic, plus, and premium), they want upgrade invoice immediately and downgrade wait until the end of period.

@past oak most businesses use the "invoice immediately" in that case. I totally get your feature request and you're not the first one asking for sure, but for now we don't support this

#

Do you mean customer portal does not support this? If so, I can still do some low lever customization like building my own portal right?

upper laurel
#

yes the CustomerPortal doesn't support this. And yes you can totally build this yourself with our APIs

past oak
#

Cool thanks

#

Does downgrade also have poration?

#

Is it possible to only porate when upgrading but not downgrading?

upper laurel
#

yes you can do all of this easily in the API

past oak
#

but not customer portal right?

upper laurel
#

and correct sorry, the CustomerPortal can not do what you want at all

past oak
#

gotchu. we are still small business now so probably I will use customer portal for now and develop our own portal in the future

#

what will happen if I allow user to switch plan but do not allow poration?
