Hello
Have you added registrations for the locations you are trying to collect tax in your Prod account?
I don't know where I can register these taxes. Could you help me with that?
You go to your Dashboard at https://dashboard.stripe.com/tax/registrations
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
I see that one has the Chilean tax and the other does not. Is it possible that this is the reason, right?
Yep very possible -- you can look at the Thresholds tab to see where your transactions are coming from
You have to be registered in those locations for tax to be applied
ok ty so much
