here i need to charge credit to the particular subscription subscription
I'm not sure I understand what you want to achieve exactly ? Could you please share more details ?

here is my use case:
the monthly fee is 300
when a customer (parent) make subscription (enroll his first child) in he middle of the month say at 15th of Aug, he should pay 300 but as he only study only 15 days i have calculated the amount of 15 days and stored the remaining amount as credit.
when the same customer (parent) make subscription (enroll his second child) say at 20th of Aug, the credit balance from his 1st subscription shouldn't be used here

This can't be achieved nativelly using Stripe APIs. You should handle this by your integration as normal charges..

As the subscription is in re occuring how can i apply the credit for the payment of next month

No you can't choose where exactly the credit balance will be applied as mentioned in the guide I shared with you..
