I'm unable to reproduce the same behaviour like yours. The Link account has been logged out, just that the Link session likely still keeps the email address for the login convenience, i.e. the customer still has to log in again to access the saved payment method

The problem, is I can't change the email address to newer one, if I did, then it still retain with the older one and its not updated in the Stripe customer link details

Even if I enter the card details and confirm to save the payment method to Link, when I return to the same page next time, I still don't get email address field

I tried exactly the same steps, make a purchase with link and came back to the same link. I don't see any email address field at all

I think you have added the link email address to inspectthecode@gmail.com, can you please loggout and update the new one?

Can I suggest you writing to Support https://support.stripe.com/contact/email with your development website, login credentials and video, so that we can check with relevant team?
