A Payment Intent doesn't expire

Yup! It doesn't expire unless the intent status hits its terminal status such as succeeded or canceled

than what is the difference between SetupIntents and setup_future_usage on PaymentIntents

Setup Intent only saves the payment method without charges.
Payment Intent with setup_future_usage charges to customer with an amount and saves payment method at the same time

while using setupintent can we go through SCA, if we dom't do that will it cause any problem while doing payment in future using payment intent
