This is not possible. You can only collect a new payment method and save into a different customer

Once the payment method is attached to a customer, it can't be attachd to another customer

my use case is
A customer is same but i need to treat it as a new customer each time.
Then, how can i make a new payment method using the card details?

Do you mean that you would like to save the payment method details? When the customer returns next time, he/she doesn't have to enter the card information again and uses the saved payment method to proceed the payment?

I'm afraid this is not possible. A saved payment method can be only be re-used on the same customer
