Yes, for express accounts, the platform is responsible for the Fraud and dispute https://docs.stripe.com/connect/accounts#choosing-approach

thanks, and those are non-refundable? like if a chargeback occurs and it's won in favor of the platform, the fee is still deducted? Also, I know this probably isn't the place, but in order to mitigate some risks with chargebacks, I'm thinking about putting the money into my account first then transferring to a connected account at a later date, will I have to pay the transaction fee twice on this? or is there a more common way to handle this?
