When I go to the Dashboard and then Reporting (https://dashboard.stripe.com/reporting) I get a nice gross/net volume card. I want the value of that from the API basically.

There are no APIs for that unfortunately. You could try using Reporting APIs to generate a report but I don't think that's what you're looking for?
