Hello! can you try running https://github.com/stripe/stripe-reachability on the server where you're running your code on?
its a windows server will that work on it?
it depends, you might have to google to see if it's possible to run it on your specific version
it seems like a network issue on your server, have you checked in with your host provider?
I have submitted a ticket but I think they wont help me because its a virtual private server... the strange this is I have done nothing to the server my end I dont know why this would just happen
sorry, but I think there's very little I can do to help here since it's specific to the network access on your virtual private server. Maybe reach out to any general online community or the relevant support team (assuming you're using some third party software) which specializes in the virtual private server you're using?
My host company replied to my ticket:
"Hi Wayne.
This looks to be to be a return path issue within the AWS network who stripe appear to host with.
What you will need to do is contact stripe and ask them report the connectivity issue to AWS as unfortunately this issue appears to be inside their network and it isn't something we can easily affect.
I'm not sure if stripe support will have the ability to do this but it would be extremely helpful if they could obtain and provide a traceroute from their services in AWS to your server with us.
Kind Regards,
Danny."
