👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

🔗 This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1278102615166816267

Hi there

Hey

#

Maybe I should be more explicit, is there a way to trigger a notification when the error rate changes from 0% to a positive value for a configured webhook?

wheat glen
#

Thanks for clarifying

#

No, it's not possible to configure a notification this way

normal bluff
#

Hmm it looks like I have not received that email

#

Is it something you need to enable?

#

Or could have been deactivated? (Perhaps another admin turned it off)

#

I have a memory of receiving those kind of emails in the past

Looking through my own settings as I think it's a setting

#

See the last option under the "API alerts and actions" tab

Thanks

#

It's enabled hmm

#

Maybe it has not triggered the notification yet

#

I think it's been 4 days

wheat glen
#

Right, that's possible. "A few days" could fluctuate depending on the error rate relative to the overall health of your endpoint

Thanks for the info and help
