the only way to send money to users with Stripe is to use Connect and that each user have their own Stripe account. you can learn more about this here: https://docs.stripe.com/connect

The business type (for example, individual or company) and company.structure (for example, public corporation or private partnership)

will not be applicable as user is normal user
