Do you mean a customer.subscription.deleted webhook event?
yes
You can use the Stripe CLI and the stripe trigger command
https://docs.stripe.com/cli/trigger
customer.subscription.deleted is one of the supported events.
could i perhaps also use a program like postman to send post the request or would it mess up and not send me the data later?
If you are using something like Postman, you would need to create a Customer, create a Price, Create a Subscription, and then cancel that Subscription.
