Hello, have you tried this in multiple browsers and/or in your browser's private mode? I can scroll through that page fine on the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox

Only tried edge, I did notice in the console I will get 'Error: Unauthorized', and the page looks like it reloads itself every time it snaps back to top
It appears to work fine in edge private

Gotcha, it may help disabling each of your plugins in non-private mode to see which one has that interaction with our docs.
