Unfortunately we do not have a place in the API that lists those minimum amounts. I think at the moment you would basically need to hard code that list somewhere and refer to it to serve your users the proper minimum amount for their currency. I can put in a feature request for this, but unfortunately that is where this functionality is at the moment

I feared a much. Thanks. As you can understand we don't really want to hard code such lists because they can change at any time. So yes, please file a request. What means do you have for us to keep track of such requests? I have asked such things in the past but have no way of keeping tabs on their progress.
