Hello! My question is regarding to my last thread (I didn't found a way to reopen it)
Could you summarise the question for me please?
Yes
We have an online tool from which clients can connect their Stripe accounts and synchronize movements (charges, refunds and payouts). One of our clients reports that his transactions doesn't appear.
We have verified that calls to your endpoints return empty responses, as if that account had no transactions, but the client says that he can see them correctly on your dashboard
One of your colleagues checked the account transactions and said that there were no movements in that account, and that the client was probably looking at the wrong account.
Your colleague asked me for the ID of one of the transactions that the client was viewing, but at that time I did not have this information
But now I have an ID
Account ID: acct_1PkmO6GJisWe4cyI
Payment Intent ID: pi_3PmrbjFYpYmVev240tgtt5O0
Could you check that this intent ID belongs to this account?
This belongs to a different Stripe account, with a similar name. The Account ID is acct_1...24
Please, could you share the name of this account? Or this is a sensitive information?
I can't, sorry.
It's only to give more details to our customer
But yes, they're looking at a wrong account.
Could you share at least the first or last characters of the account name?
It's the same name as the other account, just in different case.
