hi! you can't force it, you would go through the onboarding in test mode and provide the test values from e.g. https://docs.stripe.com/connect/testing#identity-verification

You used to be able to do this..
Huge oversight if so,
creating an account, creating account link, manually clicking it, just to test the remaining api integrations is a complete pain!
