@novel parrot we can't really speak to what WooCommerce can and can not do. It's a separate company that builds their own integration(s) using our public APIs. You likely would be better off talking to them about all of this.
But if the Customer cus_1234 exists on that Stripe account then yes you can use it with your new integration
