Yeah fingerprint is usable for bank accounts to distinguish uniqueness as well: https://support.stripe.com/questions/how-can-i-detect-duplicate-cards-or-bank-accounts

Can you share the payment intent id's or payment method id's where this happened?
Not 100% sure offhand if fingerprint is the same or not across our test accounts but I can check if you share those id's

Oh those are all the same test bank account (the one ending in 6789)
but on the selection screen they are different
It seems like no matter which item you select from this screen you get the same return

I selected Ownership Accounts -> Static Owner
Yeah this is expected because for successful us bank account transactions we use the same account number under the hood

So basically in test you are limited to one unique successful "External connection"
