Yeah I mean declines can happen. Your customer needs to ask their bank what happened

But it's odd, as we got 273 transactions sent and only 5 succeded.. the others 268 declined...

Most of the transactions got Stripe blocked this payment as too risky.

Do you know why this is happening?

Yeah I wouldn't know. You'd need to talk with our support team about auth rate issues
