👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

hello! I'm not sure i understand, can you elaborate more on why there's an issue when the event occurs at different times and dates? Can you share an event id for reference?

I want to know if all those events are payment attempts from my clients.

For the expired checkout sessions, there's not much we can do. For the failed payment attempts though i.e. those with ch_xxxx payment for xxx failed, there should be a customer email. If you recognize your customer's email addresses, that's one way to identify if the payment attempts are from your customers

I understand, now I want to know how to solve those payment rejections at the checkout where the API keys and the webhook are installed.

those rejections are where the card is declined. Payment declines are by the issuing bank, there's not much which we can do here unfortunately. In most cases, the reason for the decline is clearly mentioned. The customer should reach out to their issuing bank if there're any issues as a first step
