👋 Welcome to your new thread!
⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.
⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.
🔗 This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1275933184709890050

I wish I could help, but we don't support 3rd party plugins/connectors via this server. Our support folks may have a workflow for helping you though: https://support.stripe.com/contact
Find help and support for Stripe. Our support site provides answers on all types of situations, including account information, charges and refunds, and subscriptions information. Get your questions answered and find international support for Stripe.
Sorry, just to clarify, I work at Xero and multiple of my colleagues have received help here previously. I was told this is the best place to get prompt information. Am I misinformed?
So this is using Stripe’s own checkout element, and moreover it’s general payment flow questions about this particular method and how it is supported by Stripe.
So I’m not asking for 3rd party connector support.
If you work at Xero, you should be reaching out to one of your Stripe POCs. Answering these types of questions is their whole job and there are almost always account-specific gates and configurations that need to be taken into account, so we don't have all the context needed to best help.
At best, we'd come up with a less than ideal solution, at worst we'd end up giving you a solution that you already have a gate for and wasting your time entirely. Just don't want to lead you astray.
Okay, I will find out who this is and ask again there.
