Hey @plain violet, I'm happy to help!
If you are a Connect platform using Standard accounts, they each have access to their Dashboard and control their own retry logic and Billing settings.
If you use Custom/Express accounts, every Subscription should be created in your platform account and use your platform's settings

When user create the connected account, is the settings from the platform account copied over to the connected account? or is it always following the default by stripe?

it follows our default

plain violet

ok then since our connected accounts are full-access dashboard accounts, there is no way for us(platform) to enforce some sort of rules. am i correct?
