@shut narwhal no we don't support this. Definitely a frequent ask but we haven't been able to prioritize it. For this to work we have to create a SubscriptionSchedule to plan the next phase (end of period -> downgrade) and Subscriptions backed by a SubscriptionSchedule aren't supported in the CustomerPortal

@vapid grove makes sense, so I should handle the downgrades on my end (having my own page to select/confirm subscription downgrades), and use Subscription Schedule for that right?
