Here is an example of my invoice on Stripe Dashboard
As you can see the amout on items is not 0, but the total is 0. Which one will be billed ? there is a minimun to send the invoice ?
Invoice Items can be both positive and negative integers, so there isn't really a minimum
Obviously you can't charge fractions of a single-decimal currency's lowest value though, so if it doesn't add up to at least 0.005, then it won't round to the nearest cent: https://docs.stripe.com/products-prices/manage-prices#rounding
