That looks like a 3DS challenge page, likely using a frictionless authentication method. If so, that isn't something you can disable. The issuer of the card being used decides whether 3DS is required for a payment, and what type of challenge flow to use if so.

Maybe not. It's very common, and I believe required, for most transactions in Europe. But based on what I've seen US issuers don't seem to have adopted it as widely.
