Gotcha, then this is expected. If you read the lower part of that doc you linked, that "pre dip" part of the view is only supported for US accounts
Otherwise you get only the cart details with reader display, and its expected to clear when you start the payment collection steps

Ahhhh so the display bit is linked to pre-dip? That's not clear, we weren't interested in pre-dip but makes sense I suppose
