I don't believe you can list disputes by status iirc
Did you test and you are seeing otherwise?

starting_after: args.skip ?? undefined,

I am getting the needs_response disputes, so filtering by dispute status

Ah okay yeah looks like the parameter just isn't listed in our API Reference for some reason but does look like you can filter by status
I can provide some feedback internally about that
Looks like you got an error in your response though that you provided above
But because you passed an empty string to starting_after
