Hi, @terse hearth
Hi ๐ I'm not sure I'm following the question. Is the descriptor_code parameter in the request to verify the microdeposit what the customer saw?

What was provided looks like it isn't in our expected format.

He actually saw this
So, it doesn't really match the expected pattern and he tried to shoe horn it
Hm, it kind of looks like their bank may have truncated the information. I'd suggest having them reach out to their bank to see if that is the case, and if so if the bank can share the full code with them or advise them on how to see that within the bank's site/app.
Is this the only customer who has run into this problem?
It looks like some other people are running into this, though seemingly rarely. I'm flagging your examples to our team that is looking into this, but traditionally we don't have much control over how banks choose to show these details in their UIs, so I'm not sure if this is something we'll be able to adjust from our end.
As far as I'm aware this isn't something you can control from you integration, so I don't have any advice to offer here. If you'd like to be kept in the loop about the investigation our engineering team is doing into this, then you'll want to reach out to our Support team to open a ticket for that:
