Hello! To clarify, you want to give your connected accounts the ability to generate Payment Links they can share with their customers, and you want your platform to create those Payment Links so the transaction goes through your platform?

You can then use your platform to create a Payment Link via your platform, with things like an application fee for example: https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment-link/create#create_payment_link-application_fee_amount

What if I need to capture the amount to my platform and then transfer it to the user later?

Because in my app some of the services dont get delivered till a week or 2 later, so when the job is confirmed I than transfre the fund to the creator

so if this is the use case can i still let users create payment links on the platforms behalf and then carry out the transfer function when the job is completed?
