Hi, it sound like the issue is that your webhook signature verification does not match. You need to ensure that the signature matches exactly the one you see on the Dashboard.

You mentioned you "Double check the payload is well parsed" which may be the issue. Signature verification requires the raw, unaltered body of the incoming request. Changing anything, even whitespace, will cause the process to fail.

Where is payload coming from in your code?

Hello @subtle siren, I am sorry I think I just lost your time. You are right, when parsing the payload, the "\n" were somehow removed which was causing the signature check to fail
