How could I have ever done that?
I was messing with the stripe CLI, but all I really did was "stripe login" and "stripe trigger" and "stripe listen"

Clicking that "Create new account +" button would do it. You could have created a Connected Account via the dashboard or the CLI or the API.
Do you have the ID of the new account?

That's a Connected Account, that was created by a request made to our API from a Node backend. This is the request where that was done:

Not that I'm aware of. It wasn't done from the CLI. It was done from a Node server.

The request was made in testmode, used your testmode secret key, so a testmode Connected Account was created.
