hi! probably the time of the customer.subscription.deleted event would make sense here.
This is on the subscription object? Im not seeing a deleted field in sigma
it's a webhook event https://docs.stripe.com/api/events/types#event_types-customer.subscription.deleted
So it looks as though the appropriate event is actually customer.subscription.updated where the previous_attribute_status goes from 'past_due' to current_status = 'unpaid'
yes possibly that too, depends what you're tracking and what your subscription settings are(I was thinking of the case where you have it set up to cancel a subscription when all retires are exhausted, but you can also set it to leave the Subscription as unpaid ).
Got it. That makes sense. We have it set to where the sub stays unpaid. Thanks for your help here !
