There isn't really a native price model you could use to achieve this directly. A couple of ideas:
- Apply a discount/coupon to the initial period to reduce the price to $8
- Subscribe to a $22 per month plan, but make the first month free (via a trial) and charge them a one-time $8 for the initial discounted month
- Have separate Price objects, one for $8 and one for $22, and then upgrade them after the initial period
